Captain Lewis H. Palumbo served our country in the Korean War, Vietnam War and Cuban Conflict. He was awarded a Purple Heart for his bravery and sacrifice during the Battle of the Chosin Reservoir. Lew Palumbo lived a full, honorable life based on the pillars of Faith, Family, Country and Community.
Our Dad, Bucky Folmer, passed in 2019. At that time, I made a video of the weekend we spent laying him to rest. I used photos we had collected and a simple editing program to pay a tribute set to the music of Annie Lennox from Lord of the Rings. Now that I am learning new techniques, I have added a short voiceover and some effects, but this is a work in progress, and as long as I get to work with and remember my Dad I will continue to revisit this work.
